Joe Craig awarded 2009 Chapter President of the Year Award:

Joseph Craig (DF 377) was awarded the 2009 Outstanding Chapter President of the Year Award at the 2010 Greek Week awards ceremony.  Joe’s dedication to his chapter, as well as to the Southeast and Cape Girardeau communities made him stand out among other Greek chapter presidents.  During his term as President, Joe worked to raise academic standards within the chapter, and oversaw the creation of an outstanding Alumni Advisory Board.  Joe led by example at all times, raising chapter standards while motivating members to grow academically, socially and emotionally.  In addition to his duties within the chapter, Joe took it upon himself to maintain involvement in outside organizations such as Student Government, Spanish Club, and International Business Club.  He acts as a servant leader, gaining respect through hard work, determination and straightforward communication.  Throughout his presidency, Joe put words into actions and put the interests of the chapter above his own desires.  We are proud of Joe and all of his accomplishments!
